Smoking:
The inn is a non-smoking establishment.  We do, however, have a covered porch to accommodate our smoking guest.

Children:
For the comfort of our guests, children over the age of eight can be most conveniently accommodated.

Gift Certificates:
Gift Certificates are available for any amount

Cancellation Policy:
A deposit equal to the first night's stay (plus 13 1/4% tax) is requested within one week of making a reservation. Deposits are refundable in full if cancellations are made 10 days prior to arrival.  Deposits will be refunded on a pro-rated basis (-10% forfeiture per day) for cancellations received in less than 10 days.

Pets:
We are a pet friendly inn; but, subject to prior approval and a $20 charge.

Prices subject to change without notice and are based on double occupancy.

A two night minimum stay is required on weekends and holiday weekends in the summer.

We gladly accept MasterCard, VISA, Discover and American Express.
